On behalf of the New Zealand flower export industry, thank you for the tremendous job you did in organising a New Zealand presence at the Japan Telegraph Delivery Association in Tokyo at such short notice. Not only did you arrange a New Zealand expo at the conference and the logistics of getting the stand designed, constructed and fresh flowers delivered on a regular basis to ensure the stand looked magnificent at all times, but you personally organised and arranged for one of New Zealand's leading floral designers to be included in the conference programme. As mentioned, this opportunity presented itself at very short notice, and without the involvement of Blue Pacific Event Management Ltd it would not have been possible. On behalf of the Structural Engineering Society New Zealand (SESOC), thank you for project managing the seminar series on retaining walls. The preparation of budgets, critical time lines and venue arrangements certainly helped to ensure that the seminars were an outstanding success.
The technical documents such a seminar series require were co-ordinated with the authors in a diplomatic and timely manner to ensure the document was produced on time. The professional attention to detail and travel arrangements ensured the volunteer presenters virtually ‘walked in and walked out’ of each of the seminars.
The registration process was well managed and the post conference arrangements were a credit to you and your team.
The three seminar series Blue Pacific Event Management Ltd has been involved have all exceeded budget and attendance expectations and most importantly have received very positive feedback in the delegate surveys.

It is my pleasure to provide the following recommendation for Blue Pacific Event Management and especially Allan Bluett.
The Printing Industries Association (Auckland) is an organisation representing the printing industry north of Taupo. The Association is governed by a Board of twelve volunteers elected by the membership. In the time of my involvement, including three years as President, Allan’s work was extremely professional and his attention to detail was superb. In addition to monthly training seminars and network meetings, PIAA organised an annual conference in various parts of the country. This involved securing sponsors and trade exhibitors, arranging keynote speakers, organising accommodation and arranging a partner’s programme, along with the myriad of other tasks involved in organising a conference.
Quite honestly, it was reassuring to know that Allan would organise this within budget and provide an event that we were very proud to be part of. He is the perfect person to conduct a meeting, or speak publicly at a conference.
